At a press conference on May 19 in LA REVOLUCIÓN COMEDOR, the Civil Association ¨Promotora Cultural VIVARTE A.C.¨ announces the program and logistics of the Festival of Music Los Cabos 2017, next Saturday, June 17, 2017.
A journey through the different musical rhythms
"The festival of all and for all" will feature more than 100 musical projects, local, national and international artists, among which:

Stellar band Mexican Institute of Sound, an innovative project of musician Camilo Lara, the fusion of electronics, cumbia and Mexican folk and traditional music.
- CUCO, hard rock from Ecuador.
- Ti Nahui from Monterrey. 'From Norteño to reggae, cumbia and huapango !!
- El Ensamble Azul, instrumental Latin jazz from Guadalajara
- BANDA Mezcal from Monterey, punkrock, reggae, dub and the uncontrollable Californian ska!
- Tohtem, Rock en Espanol de Guadalajara
- Los Herederos, the rhythm different of Los Cabos, an Afro-Latin-Mex musical dialogue
- Percusión Limanya, a musical path between Guinea and Mexico
- Charly Mastrazzi, singer-songwriter of Argentine origin, now living in Guadalajara, creator of Ñandú Folklore
The Los Cabos Music Festival celebrates nine years of life and has already become a tradition event for Los Cabos. Today, this festival is a national and international platform for musical talent in the region and is part of the cultural events agenda that projects the city's tourist destination enriching its potential. It has had a positive trajectory that reflects an accelerated growth in participation, be it of musical groups, organizers, and general public.
This edition will have the participation of bands from different parts of the country, and from abroad, such as San José del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas, La Paz, Ensenada, Mexicali, Tijuana, Guadalajara, Guerrero, Querétaro, Monterrey, Morelos, Puebla, Cd Of Mexico and Ecuador, with fresh proposals, own and with music and musicians that proudly represent us. From Latin America to the world.
The largest musical event in the world
The Fete de la Musique is an event that began in France in 1982 as a government initiative to celebrate music and its performers. To date, this festival has been adopted by the five continents and is currently being celebrated In more than 120 cities, becoming "The International Day of Music". In San José del Cabo we have adopted the concept of this festival to gather, like the rest of the world, amateur and professional musicians every summer solstice.
Our goal is to establish this tradition in San José del Cabo so that it continues to be celebrated year after year.
